2008年工作概述 Work in the Year 2008
2008年故宮博物院繼續(xù)做好藏品管理、古建筑保護(hù)、藏品展覽、公眾服務(wù)、研究出版、信息化建設(shè)、對(duì)外交流等文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與弘揚(yáng)的各項(xiàng)工作，促進(jìn)了故宮保護(hù)與現(xiàn)代化博物館建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
The year 2008 saw the Palace Museum continue its brilliant performance in various undertakings related to protection & publicity of cultural heritage collection management, ancient architecture protection, collection exhibition, public services, research & publication, informatization, overseas exchange etc., and thus promoted the conservation of the Forbidden City and speeded its transformation into a modern museum.
? 2008年接待中外觀眾949萬人次。
? 繼續(xù)進(jìn)行藏品清理工作，反映藏品清理成果的《故宮博物院藏品大系》繪畫編1-4卷率先出版。
? 大規(guī)模古建維修保護(hù)項(xiàng)目中位于開放路線核心區(qū)域的太和門、太和殿、神武門維修在7月中旬陸續(xù)竣工，重新開放。
? 從“故宮學(xué)”學(xué)科特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，加強(qiáng)科研管理，提高學(xué)術(shù)研究水平，拓展學(xué)術(shù)影響力。
? 繼續(xù)探索基于文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的科學(xué)展示，調(diào)整展覽布局，充實(shí)展覽內(nèi)容，突出宮廷文化特色，2008年新舉辦的院內(nèi)展覽18個(gè)。

? In 2008, the museum received 9.49 million person-times visitors from both home and abroad.
? It carried on the work of sorting out its collected objects, compiled and published in four volumes the book on painting in The Compendium of Collection of the Palace Museum.
? As part of the large-scale ancient building maintenance, repair & conservation project, the maintence and repair of the Gate of Supreme Harmony, the Hall of Supreme Harmony and the Gate of Divine Prowess—all located in the key tourist areas--were completed successively in mid July and reopened to the visitors.
? Efforts were made to strengthen research management, advance academic studies and augment the influences in academic circles according to the characteristics of the studies on the Forbidden City.
? The museum explored scientific means of exhibition oriented toward improvements in cultural heritage protection, adjusted exhibition arrangements, and added to the collections on display, thereby highlighting the uniqueness of Chinese court culture. In 2008, 18 new exhibitions were held inside the museum.
? The museum had constantly improved its public service capacities by giving lectures on the Forbidden City; organizing theme tours, visitor questionnaires, etc.; and by building barrier-free accesses.
? The museum constructed the cultural exhibition information platform and completed the development of the Automatic Office Work 3.0 in an effort to advance informatization.
? It had cooperated with other museums by means of joint exhibitions, participated in and undertook international academic exchanges of various kinds, and dispatched investigation groups to foreign museums and world heritage sites. In this way, it had broadened the scope of international exchange and further strengthened its ties and cooperation with foreign museums.
藏品管理與古建筑保護(hù)Collection Management and Conservation of Ancient Buildings
一、 藏品管理
I. Collection Management
按照《故宮博物院2004-2010年藏品清理工作規(guī)劃》，全年新驗(yàn)收的藏品共計(jì)367070件，至此，全院已有580405件藏品完成了驗(yàn)收工作，約占94萬件院在帳文物總數(shù)的62%。作為藏品清理工作的成果之一，《故宮博物院藏品大系》率先出版了“繪畫編”1-4卷。同時(shí)，召開文物管理工作會(huì)議，及時(shí)對(duì)藏品清理驗(yàn)收情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)、交流，確保清理工作在2010年按計(jì)劃完成。
According to the Scheme of the Palace Museum for the Work of Sorting out Its Collected Objects in 2004-2010, a total of 367,070 objects were reexamined in 2008. Up to now, 580,405 collected objects, about 62% of the 940 thousand collected objects on the museum’s records, have undergone this process. As one of the major achievements of this work, the book on painting, which is part of The Compendium of Collection of the Palace Museum, was published in 4 volumes. In the meantime, meetings on cultural heritage administration were convened on a regular basis so as to keep those concerned informed of the progress in the work of sorting out the museum’s collected objects, exchange views and experience in a timely manner and ensure that the work can be completed in 2010 as planned.
繼續(xù)升級(jí)完善文物管理信息系統(tǒng)，5月26日，新改版的“文物流通與出入庫管理系統(tǒng)”正式上線運(yùn)行。加強(qiáng)對(duì)文物的安全，先后開展了對(duì)文物庫房、在陳文物的防震加固工作，并安裝完成庫房系統(tǒng)的視頻監(jiān)控設(shè)備。
The museum had updated and improved its cultural relic administration information system. On May 26, the new ‘cultural relics flow & storage management system’ was officially rendered into service. In order to strengthen the security of collected cultural relics, anti-seismic measures were taken in a succession for storages and cultural relics on exhibition and video monitoring devices were installed for the storage system.
深入開展文物保護(hù)的研究工作，加強(qiáng)對(duì)藏品和古建的科技保護(hù)。配合展覽及其他項(xiàng)目，全年共保護(hù)修復(fù)文物247件。繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)紡織品的保護(hù)與修復(fù)、古建科技保護(hù)與壁畫科技保護(hù)、文物熏蒸消毒工作，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)鹵薄儀仗類文物的保護(hù)修復(fù)項(xiàng)目、利用x射線裝置對(duì)文物進(jìn)行無損檢測(cè)的研究項(xiàng)目、文物保存環(huán)境及展覽環(huán)境的研究與控制項(xiàng)目、水晶宮金屬構(gòu)件材料及其保護(hù)研究項(xiàng)目等研究工作，并做好相關(guān)文物保護(hù)修復(fù)工作的檔案記錄工作。
The museum had advanced research into cultural relics protection and strived to conserve its collected objects and ancient building using advanced technology. While exhibitions and other programs were carried out, altogether 247 cultural relics were repaired and restored for the sake their protection. It had continued stepping up its efforts in protection & restoration of textiles, high-tech conservation of ancient buildings and mural paintings, and fumigation of cultural relics. It had further boosted a diversity of projects, including the project for the protection and restoration of procession-related cultural relics, the research project on non-destructive inspection of cultural relics with X-ray apparatus, the research project on management of cultural relic storage and exhibition environments, the research project on the metal constructions of the Crystal Palace and their protection etc., and kept logs of the protection and restoration of cultural relics concerned.
2008年，故宮博物院整理申報(bào)的“古書畫裝裱修復(fù)技藝”、“官式古建營(yíng)造技藝”兩項(xiàng)技藝被國(guó)家正式認(rèn)定為“第二批國(guó)家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)”。古陶瓷檢測(cè)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室被國(guó)家文物局正式批準(zhǔn)為古陶瓷保護(hù)研究國(guó)家文物局重點(diǎn)科研基地。目前，故宮博物院正在籌劃拍攝紀(jì)錄傳統(tǒng)文物修復(fù)技術(shù)的電視資料片《故宮絕活》，以對(duì)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行搶救性保護(hù)和系統(tǒng)整理。
In 2008, two crafts, i.e. 'Mounting & repair skills of ancient calligraphic works and paintings' and 'construction techniques of ancient official buildings', on which the Palace Museum had collated information, were officially included in the second batch of China's state-level intangible cultural heritage. The Ancient Pottery & Ceramics Laboratory of the museum was officially named by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage (SACH) as its key research base for ancient pottery & ceramics conservation. At present, the Palace Museum is planning to shoot a TV documentary on the restoration techniques for cultural relics--Unique Techniques from the Palace Museum, and use this as an opportunity to rescue and collate intangible cultural heritage.
2008年完成收購(gòu)歷代碑刻拓片46項(xiàng)135件套，接受文物捐贈(zèng)7批37件。
接受捐贈(zèng)情況為：
1.接受汪世清、沈家英夫婦捐贈(zèng)清代至民國(guó)時(shí)期書畫20件。
2.接受景德鎮(zhèn)陶瓷學(xué)院秦錫麟先生捐贈(zèng)的作品“春意盎然”1件、周國(guó)楨先生的作品“靜觀”1件、施于人先生的作品“斗彩多子多福罐”1件。
3.接受四川成都周榮欣先生捐贈(zèng)的“唐邛窯壺”1件。
4.接受亞洲資本論壇主席李俊先生捐贈(zèng)的“彭年款曼生銘紫砂壺”1件。
5.接受臺(tái)灣新東陽集團(tuán)董事麥修瑋先生捐贈(zèng)的“清乾隆粉彩外銷瓷大碗”1件。
6.接受饒宗頤先生捐贈(zèng)“瘦馬圖”等作品10件（套）。
7.接受瑞士斯沃琪集團(tuán)寶珀品牌捐贈(zèng)的“寶珀乾坤卡羅素腕表”1件。
In 2008, the museum collected 135 sets of ancient tablet rubbings in 46 purchases and accepted 7 donations of cultural relics, which involved 37 items.
The following is a list of the donations:
1. The museum accepted 20 paintings of the Ming Dynasty or the period of the Republic of China donated by Mr. Wang Shiqing and his wife Shen Jiaying.
2. It accepted three ceramic works created and donated by three professors with Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute: Spring in the Air (Chun Yi Ang Ran) by Qin Xilin, A Silent Watcher (Jing Guan) by Zhou Guozhen, and A Blessed Family with Multiple Sons (colored jar) by Shi Yuren.
3. It accepted a Qiong Kiln pot of the Tang Dynasty, donated by Mr. Zhou Rongxin from Chengdu, Sichuan.
4. It accepted a Qing boccaro pot made by craftsman Yang Pengnian and inscriber Chen Mansheng, donated by Li Jun, president of the Asian Capital Forum.
5. It accepted a powder enamel ceramic ‘big bowl’ made for export during the reign of the Qianlong Emperor of Qing, donated by Mai Xiuwei, Board Director of Xin Dong Yang Group in Taiwan.
6. It accepted ten paintings (or sets)—including Thin Horse--donated Mr. Jao Tsung-I.
7. It accepted the one-of-a-kind version of its Carrousel Volant Une Minute—the Blancpain Qainkun Carrousel wristwatch—contributed by Blancpain, the Swiss watch manufacturer owned by Swatch Group.
二、 古建筑保護(hù)
II. Conservation of Historical Architecture
按照《故宮保護(hù)總體規(guī)劃大綱》要求，扎實(shí)推進(jìn)故宮完整保護(hù)與整體維修工程。召開故宮修繕工程專家咨詢委員會(huì)第五次全體會(huì)議，發(fā)揮大修工程專家咨詢委員會(huì)作用。召開媒體見面會(huì)向社會(huì)通報(bào)故宮大修情況，加強(qiáng)信息公開。
The Palace Museum had made steady headway in the conservation and maintenance project for the Forbidden City in accordance with The Outline of the Overall Plan on the Conservation of the Forbidden City. It convened the 5th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Repair of the Forbidden City and brought to full play the role of the engineering experts on the committee. It held press conferences to release information concerning major repair project of the largest palace complex to society and thereby achieved information transparency.
位于開放路線核心區(qū)域的太和門、太和殿、神武門維修在7月中旬陸續(xù)竣工，重新開放。自2003年大修正式開工以來，按照《故宮保護(hù)總體規(guī)劃大綱》，已經(jīng)完成第一期的任務(wù)，維修保護(hù)涉及的古建有武英殿區(qū)建筑、午門正樓、中軸線東西兩廡及其周邊建筑、欽安殿、戲衣庫、太和門、太和殿、神武門等，完成維修面積38083平方米。經(jīng)過修繕，包括午門展廳在內(nèi)的10個(gè)新展廳投入使用，開放范圍大幅度擴(kuò)大。正在維修的項(xiàng)目有壽康宮、慈寧宮和御史衙門工程，建筑面積7743平方米。
The maintence and repair of the Gate of Supreme Harmony, the Hall of Supreme Harmony and the Gate of Divine Prowess—all located in the key tourist areas--were completed successively in mid July and reopened to the visitors. Since the major repair project was launched in 2003, the tasks of its first phase, as specified in The Outline of the Overall Plan on the Conservation of the Forbidden City, had been accomplished, which covered an area of 38,083 square meters and involved ancient buildings like the Hall of Martial Valor, the main structure of the Meridian Gate, the eastern and western side rooms along the axis of the complex & buildings in the neighborhood, the Hall of Imperial Peace, the Storage of Opera Costumes, the Gate of Supreme Harmony, the Hall of Supreme Harmony, and the Gate of Divine Prowess. Having been repaired and renovated, ten new exhibition halls, including the one at the Meridian Gate, were put into use; and the part of the Forbidden City open to the public had been considerably expanded. At present, the buildings that are being repaired include the Palace of Longevity and Health, the Palace of Compassion and Tranquility, and the Yamen for Imperial Ministers, which cover an area of 7743 square meters.
11月10日，在故宮乾隆花園舉行了倦勤齋修復(fù)保護(hù)工程竣工典禮。此外，慈寧宮、壽康宮、御史衙門維修工程等已開工項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃有序進(jìn)行。
On November 10, the completion ceremony of the repair and restoration project for the Lodge of Retirement was held at Qianlong Garden in the Forbidden City. Besides, the maintenance and repair of the Palace of Compassion & Tranquility, the Palace of Longevity & Health, the Yamen for Imperial Ministers, and so on has been carried forward as scheduled.

全年新舉辦的院內(nèi)展覽18個(gè)（含3個(gè)引進(jìn)展覽），借展或參展國(guó)內(nèi)其他文博機(jī)構(gòu)的展覽共11個(gè)。有多項(xiàng)展覽是在北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)期間開幕并展出，其展品囊括了故宮院藏的陶瓷、服飾、金銀器、玉器及宮廷文物中的精品。
In 2008, 18 exhibitions (including 3 introduced) were held in the museum. Besides, the Palace Museum also participated in 11 exhibitions held elsewhere or by other Chinese museums. Many of these exhibitions were unveiled during the Beijing Olympic Games, and the exhibits included many selected items in the Palace Museum’s collections of ceramics, clothing, gold & sliver ware, jade ware, and court relics.

以故宮學(xué)為指導(dǎo)，努力營(yíng)造良好的學(xué)術(shù)科研氛圍，規(guī)范化和科學(xué)化科研課題項(xiàng)目管理，組織更多優(yōu)秀的院級(jí)與國(guó)家級(jí)科研課題與科研項(xiàng)目；進(jìn)行國(guó)家級(jí)科研基地建設(shè)，積極開展對(duì)外合作科研項(xiàng)目；紫禁城出版社依托故宮的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，逐步形成和強(qiáng)化出版特色，以開發(fā)故宮博物院文化資源為契機(jī)，輻射整個(gè)文博界，逐漸確立在全國(guó)文博領(lǐng)域的出版品牌。
Guided by the Forbidden City studies, the Palace Museum had strived to create a favorable atmosphere for academic research, to standardize and scienticize research project management, and to initiate more and better museum- and state-level research programs or projects. It had carried forward its construction of the state-level research center and actively engaged itself in international cooperation in research. Taking advantage of the resources of the Palace Museum, the Forbidden City Press had formed and highlighted its unique characteristics; and using the development of the museum’s cultural resources as its opportunity, it had extended its influences over the circles of museums and gradually established its reputation among the publishing houses affiliated with Chinese museums.
加強(qiáng)科研管理。著眼于學(xué)術(shù)研究與導(dǎo)向的層面，編制完成《故宮博物院近期科研規(guī)劃（2008-2010）》與《故宮博物院中長(zhǎng)期科研規(guī)劃綱要（2011-2020）》。創(chuàng)辦《故宮博物院科研工作簡(jiǎn)報(bào)》,建立資源共享與學(xué)術(shù)交流的平臺(tái)。3月，以故宮博物院古陶瓷檢測(cè)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室為基礎(chǔ)，申報(bào)成立了“古陶瓷保護(hù)研究國(guó)家文物局重點(diǎn)科研基地”。加強(qiáng)與院內(nèi)外科研機(jī)構(gòu)的合作科研項(xiàng)目，先后與德國(guó)馬普科學(xué)史研究所、首都師范大學(xué)、四川省文物考古研究院等合作進(jìn)行科研項(xiàng)目。
The Palace Museum has strengthened its research management. To guide or direct academic studies, it formulated The Short-Term Plan of the Palace Museum on Research (2008-2010) and The Outline of the Palace Museum’s Mid- to Long-Term Plan on Research (2011-2020). It started the circulation of Briefing on the Research Work of the Palace Museum and built a platform for resource sharing and academic exchange. In March, its proposal to establish a key research base for ancient pottery & ceramics conservation on a basis of the museum’s Ancient Pottery & Ceramics Laboratory was approved by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage. It strengthened cooperation with research institutes in and outside the museum in a series of research projects and its partners included the Marx Planck Institute for the History of Science, the Capital Normal University, Sichuan Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, and so on.
召開學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議,擴(kuò)大故宮博物院的學(xué)術(shù)影響。本年度先后召開了首屆明代宮廷史學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)、中國(guó)古代宮廷與地方技術(shù)交流史研究工作會(huì)議、第九屆清宮史學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)等會(huì)議，并參與了關(guān)于雅典衛(wèi)城和北京紫禁城修復(fù)與保護(hù)工程研討會(huì)、意大利文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)與保存主題培訓(xùn)與交流活動(dòng)，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了故宮博物院在明清史特別是宮廷史、陶瓷，以及古建筑保護(hù)方面的研究。
It had convened academic meetings to increase its influences in academic circles. In 2008, it hosted a succession of academic meetings such as the First Seminar on the Court History of the Ming Dynasty, the Work Conference for Research on the History of Technological Exchanges between Ancient Chinese Courts and Places outside the Capital, the 9th Seminar on the History of the Imperial Palace of the Qing Dynasty etc., and participated in the Seminar on Repair, Restoration and Conservation of the Acropolis of Athens and the Forbidden City of Beijing, as well as the training and exchange on the protection and conservation of Italian cultural heritage. Thanks to these activities, it further boosted its studies on the history of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, especially the court history, and the on the conservation of ceramics and ancient architecture.
故宮博物院繼續(xù)做好《故宮博物院院刊》、《故宮學(xué)刊》、《紫禁城》的編輯出版工作。編輯出版《明清論叢》第八輯、《中國(guó)古陶瓷研究》第十四輯，完成《故宮博物院藏文物珍品全集》（60卷）的編輯出版工作。院級(jí)大型出版項(xiàng)目《故宮百科全書》正式啟動(dòng)并進(jìn)入實(shí)質(zhì)性編纂階段。
The Palace Museum had continued its compilation and publication of Journal of the Palace Museum, Journal of the Forbidden City, and Forbidden City. It had edited and published the 8th volume of Collection of Papers on the Ming and Qing Dynasty, the 14th volume of Research on Ancient Chinese Ceramics and The Complete Collection of Treasures of the Palace Museum (60 volumes). A large-scale museum-level publishing program—Encyclopedia of the Forbidden City—was officially started, and is now in the stage of substantial compilation.

Education, Publicity, and Public Service
2008年故宮博物院宣傳教育工作緊密結(jié)合北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)和殘奧會(huì)的召開，積極開展各類主題宣教活動(dòng)、展覽輔助宣傳工作，做好觀眾調(diào)查工作和志愿者工作，不斷提高服務(wù)能力。
In 2008, the Palace Museum had coordinated its work of publicity & education with the Beijing Olympics and Paralympics. It had increased its efforts in thematic publicity & education and exhibition promotion, solicited the visitors’ opinions, organized volunteers and constantly its service capacities.
一、 主題宣教推廣活動(dòng)
I. Thematic publicity and education activities
舉辦第三屆“故宮知識(shí)課堂”活動(dòng)。從 2008年2月2日至2月4日，在學(xué)生寒假期間，舉辦了第三屆“故宮知識(shí)課堂”活動(dòng)，共有258名學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)參加。?；顒?dòng)沿用了受到學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)歡迎的知識(shí)講座與路線參觀講解相結(jié)合的形式?；顒?dòng)針對(duì)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的準(zhǔn)備，認(rèn)真篩選所要講述的故宮知識(shí)點(diǎn)。通過生動(dòng)的講解，以及有問有答的互動(dòng)，將故宮的知識(shí)傳授給參加活動(dòng)的學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)。
The Palace Museum launched the Forbidden City publicity program targeted at students for the third time. From February 2 to February 3, during the winter vacation, the program, organized in the popular form of lectures and interpretations during visits along tourist routes, attracted a total of 258 students and parents. Meticulous preparations were made and knowledge points to be introduced on the Forbidden City carefully selected so as to suit the features of students. Through vivid interpretations, interactions by means of questions and answers, knowledge concerning the Forbidden City was conveyed to the students and their parents who took part in the event.
舉辦5.18國(guó)際博物館日、6.14文化遺產(chǎn)日的主題日特別教育活動(dòng)。在5.18國(guó)際博物館日組織志愿者，并聯(lián)合北京的中學(xué)生，在貞度門和鐘表館門前，舉辦故宮志愿者義務(wù)咨詢講解活動(dòng)。6.14文化遺產(chǎn)日是我國(guó)的第三個(gè)文化遺產(chǎn)日，圍繞“文化遺產(chǎn)人人保護(hù)，保護(hù)成果人人共享”的主題，故宮博物院推出了“走近在科學(xué)中保護(hù)與傳承的故宮文化遺產(chǎn)”系列主題教育參觀活動(dòng)，活動(dòng)由“古建修繕中的科學(xué)保護(hù)與技藝傳承”講座、實(shí)地觀摩古陶瓷保護(hù)研究基地實(shí)驗(yàn)室和參觀陶瓷窯址標(biāo)本展、觀看大型虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)作品《紫禁城?天子的宮殿》三部分組成，讓觀眾在觀摩與聆聽中了解故宮的科學(xué)保護(hù)、科學(xué)展示、科學(xué)傳承?；顒?dòng)中舉辦講座2場(chǎng)、展廳參觀講解12場(chǎng)，清華大學(xué)教師及子女、首都部分高校學(xué)生、中學(xué)生、故宮志愿者等約250人參加了當(dāng)天的活動(dòng)。
Activities related to the International Museum Day and the Cultural Heritage Day were launched. On May 18, the International Museum Day, the Palace Museum organized volunteers—who were joined by middle school students in Beijing—to provide voluntary consultation and interpretation services in front of the Gate of Steadfast Virtue and the Clock & Watch Exhibition Hall. June 14, 2008 was the third Cultural Heritage Day China celebrated. Centering on the theme—‘Every one protects cultural heritage and shares the benefits of cultural heritage protection’, the museum initiated a thematic education program entitled ‘Walking Closer to the Cultural Heritage of the Forbidden City Being Passed down under Scientific Protection’. The program consisted of a lecture entitled ‘Scientific Protection and Technique Preservation in Maintenance and Repair of Ancient Buildings’, a visit to the laboratory of the Research Base for the Protection of Ancient Ceramics and the sample ceramic kilns, and the enjoyment of the large virtual reality work—Forbidden City: the Emperor’s Palaces. During the process, the visitors learned more as to how the Palace Museum was protected, exhibitions were held, and cultural heritage was passed on in a scientific manner. Two lectures were held and 12 tour interpretations were provided. That day, about 250 people participated in the program, among whom there were teachers from Tsinghua University and their children, students from some colleges & universities and middle schools in Beijing, and volunteers at the Palace Museum.
二、 展覽推廣與宣傳
II. Promotion and publicity of exhibitions
通過為展覽策劃開幕式方案、制作展覽廣告宣傳方案，并通過院內(nèi)信息屏公布、院外公告宣傳等渠道，及時(shí)、廣泛地將故宮博物院的展覽資訊和開放時(shí)間變更信息，以及其他相關(guān)信息，傳達(dá)給公眾。同時(shí)，還配合展覽編輯制作觸摸屏點(diǎn)播節(jié)目、視頻播放片，開展動(dòng)手教育活動(dòng)，使公眾能全面準(zhǔn)確地了解展覽的內(nèi)涵，使展覽的普及教育作用得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。先后制作完成了午門展廳“盧浮宮?拿破侖一世展”觸摸屏節(jié)目《盧浮宮——拿破侖一世展展品介紹》、景仁宮捐獻(xiàn)者展廳觸摸屏節(jié)目《景仁榜人物及其捐獻(xiàn)文物藝術(shù)品介紹》、午門展廳觸摸屏節(jié)目《清代宮廷服飾》和視頻片《天朝衣冠》、箭亭觀眾咨詢中心觸摸屏節(jié)目《故宮展覽及服務(wù)設(shè)施咨詢》等視頻短片。配合“天朝衣冠——故宮博物院藏清代宮廷服飾精品展”，先后舉辦了11場(chǎng)“霓裳彩繪，自己動(dòng)手畫龍袍” 活動(dòng)。
本次活動(dòng)引起了社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注，故宮博物院?jiǎn)T工子女、服裝學(xué)院學(xué)生、駐華使館及外企員工子女等約400人參與了該項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。
By encouraging the public to design opening ceremonies for exhibitions and devise advertising schemes for exhibitions, the Palace Museum had communicated information concerning new exhibitions, changes of their opening time and other relevant information to the public in a timely manner via channels like information boards in the museum, advertising outside the museum etc. Meanwhile, it had also enabled the public to get a comprehensive and accurate idea of exhibitions by releasing touch-screen interactive programs and videos, which included the touch screen publicity program--‘Introduction of Napoleon’s Private Treasures’--for the exhibition Napoleon et le Louvre at the Exhibition Hall of the Meridian Gate, touch-screen program--‘List of Contributors to the Exhibition at the Palace of Great Benevolence and the Cultural Relics they Contributed’--at the Palace of Great Benevolence, touch screen program ‘Court Attire of the Qing Dynasty’ and video The Splendors of Imperial Costume at the Exhibition Hall of the Meridian Gate, touch screen program—‘Exhibitions and Service Facilities of the Palace Museum’.
