良渚博物院位于杭州市余杭區(qū)良渚美麗洲公園內(nèi)，是一座集收藏、研究、展示和宣傳教育為一體的多功能現(xiàn)代博物院，也是浙江省唯一的專題博物院。博物院于2005年3月破土動(dòng)工，2008年10月對(duì)外開放，建筑面積1萬平方米。
Liangzhu Museum, located inMeilizhouPark, Liangzhu, Yuhang District,Hangzhou, is a multi-functional modern museum for collection, research, display and education, and it is alsoZhejiangProvince's only theme museum. Its construction started in March 2005, and it was opened to the public in October 2008. It has a floor area of 10,000 square meters.
博物院建筑由英國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)師戴衛(wèi)?奇普菲爾德設(shè)計(jì)，凸顯粗獷、大氣、厚重、簡(jiǎn)潔的特色，體現(xiàn)藝術(shù)與自然、歷史與現(xiàn)代的和諧融和，并榮獲由國(guó)際知名雜志《商業(yè)周刊》和《建筑實(shí)錄》評(píng)審的中國(guó)區(qū)最佳建筑獎(jiǎng)。博物院以“國(guó)內(nèi)一流、國(guó)際知名”為建設(shè)目標(biāo)，以國(guó)家5A級(jí)景區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為建設(shè)起點(diǎn)，設(shè)施一流，服務(wù)完善，功能齊全。
Designed by British architect David Chipperfield, the museum is characterized by a solemn simplicity and a primitive grandeur, embodying the harmonious integration of art, nature, history and modernity. It has been given the award for the best structure inChinaby world-famous magazines BusinessWeek and Architectural Record. With the objective of being first-rate domestically and well-known internationally, starting as a national 5-A scenic area, it is marked by first-class equipment, perfect service and complete functions.
博物院的展覽主題是：良渚文化實(shí)證中華五千年文明。良渚文化距今約5300——4300年，院內(nèi)共展出良渚文化時(shí)期玉器、陶器、漆器等珍貴文物1000余件，展覽充分運(yùn)用聲、光、電等現(xiàn)代展示技術(shù)和展示材料分別從考古研究良渚文化、再現(xiàn)良渚古國(guó)、揭示良渚文明三個(gè)方面，向公眾傳播發(fā)現(xiàn)良渚遺址→認(rèn)識(shí)良渚文化→確立良渚文明的考古認(rèn)識(shí)歷程，以及良渚文明在中國(guó)和世界同時(shí)期或同類文明中的重要地位。
The theme of the museum is 'the Liangzhu Culture: Evidencing the 5,000-year-old Chinese Civilization'. It displays over 1,000 precious relics, including jadeware, pottery and lacquerware made in the period of the Liangzhu Culture, which dates from circa 5,300 to 4,300 years ago. With a full use of audio, visual and electronic display techniques and materials, it shows the public the archeological journey from the discovery of the Liangzhu Site to the recognition of the Liangzhu Culture and to the verification of the Liangzhu civilization as well as its importance among contemporary or similar civilizations in China and the world from three perspectives--the archeological study of the Liangzhu culture, the discovery of the ancient kingdom of Liangzhu, and the revelation of the Liangzhu civilization.

第一展廳《發(fā)現(xiàn)求真》：從施昕更先生試掘良渚、到蘇秉琦先生感嘆“古杭州”，再到良渚古城“石破天驚”，以時(shí)空為坐標(biāo)穿越展示考古學(xué)家發(fā)現(xiàn)良渚遺址、認(rèn)識(shí)良渚文化、確立良渚文明的七十年考古歷程。
The first hall: the Discovery
From Shi Xingeng's trial excavation of the Liangzhu Site to Su Bingqi's recognition of it as the ancient Hangzhou and to the discovery of the ancient city of Liangzhu, this part shows, across time and space, the seventy-year archeological journey from the discovery of the Liangzhu Site, the recognition of the Liangzhu Culture, and the verification of the Liangzhu civilization.

The second hall: the Ancient Kingdom of Liangzhu
This part features vivid scenes of Liangzhu people working, an authentic section from the ancient city wall of Liangzhu, and a large oil painting of the construction of Mojiaoshan Hill ... High-tech audio, visual and electronic means are used for a panoramic reproduction of Liangzhu people's mode of production and lifestyle as well as a display of the glory and splendor of the ancient kingdom of Liangzhu five thousand years ago.

位于第三展廳的四維影院，是杭州目前唯一的三自由度立體電影和特技影院相結(jié)合的新型影視產(chǎn)品。影院內(nèi)設(shè)40個(gè)座位，具有噴水、噴氣、振動(dòng)、音響等體驗(yàn)功能。觀眾在觀看立體電影時(shí)，將隨著主人公夢(mèng)回良渚古國(guó)，親身領(lǐng)略當(dāng)時(shí)的風(fēng)土人情，實(shí)時(shí)感受風(fēng)暴、雷電、下雨、撞擊、水霧等感官效果。
The 4-D movie theater in the third hall isHangzhou's only special-effect theater showing three-degrees-of-freedom 3-D movies. It has forty seats, and provides simulated experience by spraying water, puffing, vibrating and sound effects. As they watch a 3-D movie, viewers travel back in time to the ancientkingdomofLiangzhutogether with the main characters to experience the local customs as well as storm, thunder and lightning, rain, collision and water spray.

虛擬考古室利用聲、光、電等現(xiàn)代技術(shù)，將考古探方制作成虛擬的影像，來展示良渚文化考古發(fā)掘、發(fā)現(xiàn)的全過程。觀眾可以跟隨考古學(xué)家的手鏟，“身臨其境”地體驗(yàn)田野考古的各種流程，了解和學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的考古知識(shí)和文化。
With audio, visual and electronic techniques, the virtual archeological lab displays the whole process of the archeological excavation and discovery of the Liangzhu Culture with virtual images of trial trenches. Following an archeologist's hand shovel, viewers may experience the procedures of field archeology and learn related archeological knowledge and culture.
“騎乘飛鳥，遨游良渚遺址”、“良渚人趕魚游戲”、“火眼金睛”、“尋找者”、“拼圖游戲”等趣味性互動(dòng)游戲，可以讓觀眾自己動(dòng)手，搭建、拼接、制作各種良渚文化發(fā)現(xiàn)的仿制文物，在娛樂中與良渚古人親密接觸。
The interesting interactive games, such as 'a bird ride over the Liangzhu Site', 'Liangzhu people's fish chase', 'piercing eye', 'the searcher' and 'the jigsaw puzzle', enable viewers to build, assemble and make copies of Liangzhu relics, as diversion brings them closer to Liangzhu people.
此外，院內(nèi)還配置了各種數(shù)字化的多媒體觸摸屏，觀眾可以根據(jù)自己的興趣和愛好，隨時(shí)查找和了解各種有關(guān)良渚文明的詳細(xì)資料和豐富信息。
In addition, the museum is equipped with digitalized multi-media touch screens, with which visitors can find rich and detailed information about the Liangzhu civilization according to their interests and preferences whenever necessary.

The museum is also equipped with audio guides, which provide detailed descriptions of all the exhibits and spectacles in Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. Seats for the disabled are also available.
